B Balanced LLC almost ready!
B Balanced LLC is almost done! Tomorrow we are putting the final touches on the paint and I am organizing new packages and programs for my amazing clients. One week from today classes begin and we will be rocking! Call, email, or come by to sign up and take charge of your health asap. A Balanced and healthy life is priceless!

B Balanced in Pawleys!!!

Heart, Body, and Soul:
60 min of an all inclusive workout broken into three 20 min segments!
Part 1: HEART!
Is a fun and easy cardio dance fitness warm up that burns fat and releases endorphins, targeting your stamina and aerobic capacity.
Part 2: BODY!
Is all about toning and sculpting, targeting all of those “problem areas!”
Part 3: SOUL!
This is the time to breathe, and recover from the workout as you move through a series of yoga poses, targeting joint flexibility, lengthening muscles, reducing stress levels, and calming the mind. This last 20min leaves you feeling refreshed, strong and clear.
This workout creates perfect BALANCE! As it works out your HEART, BODY and SOUL!
Cardio Dance Attack:
60 min of heart pumping, endorphin rushing, moving and grooving! Cardio Dance combines hip hop, latin and aerobic dance moves to create a heart pumping workout that will torch calories and leave you feeling energized! Check your inhibitions at the door and join the fun!
I am so so happy and excited to announce that ALONG with Yoga coming to PI, I am opening a Wellness Studio for the Heart, Body, and Soul in the Commerce Trade Center in Pawleys Island (Suite 107)!!!! The B Balanced LLC Grand Opening is the week of April 4th so be sure to drop by! B Balanced will offer Personal Training, Nutritional Counseling, Group Fitness Classes, Corporate Health Programs, and Private Yoga Sessions! Below are some of the classes that will be offered weekly, there will also be group seasonal programs so stay tuned! :) YAYYYY!

Peace Coming to Pawleys!
Hello all! It has been a few weeks since I have written but don't worry I have a very good excuse! ;) A few girlfriends and I have been very busy working on opening a Yoga Studio right here in Pawleys Island! We are currently finalizing our business plan and checking out possible spaces to rent; but, project "Yoga Studio in Pawleys" is well underway! SO PLEASE keep your eyes peeled and your ears open for news about this wonderful upcoming studio. Perhaps the people of Pawleys will find themselves even more at peace in just a few months! OMMMMMM! :)

Myrtle Beach Marathon!!
The sun went down on my run tonight and will rise during my run tomorrow at the MB 1/2 Marathon! Good luck to everyone who is running in the Myrtle Beach Marathon or 1/2 marathon! It is supposed to be a beautiful day!

Happy Valentine's Day!!
Happy Valentine's Day! What an awesome day to pause and show your appreciation and gratitude to the ones you love. Today is my first MARRIED Valentine's Day and I am sooo excited! My husband and I have decided to be totally ooygooy and stretch out our Valentine's Day to a Valentine's week! (Those of you who know us are probably not surprised haha) YAY! Last night was night #1, we grilled and rented a movie and it was great. Tonight, I am in charge of dinner etc since I have a shorter work day. I am flipping through a vegan cookbook right now.... :)
Remember that Valentine's Day is a day to celebrate with loved ones mothers, fathers, siblings, grandparents, husbands, boyfriends, friends, even puppies! Be sure to tell the ones you love how much they are appreciated today!Happy Valentine's Day to all of my wonderful friends and family! I love you!

Merry Super Bowl!!
Its Super Bowl time!! I love the Super Bowl! I get so excited every year for the yummy party food, the football and of course the amazing commercials and halftime show (that's really why I love it, haha). For as long as I can remember, my Mom, stepfather and I have had a Superbowl party with just the 3 of us making all kinds of yummy food and just hanging out having fun. This year Reid and I bypassed all of the Superbowl parties to stay in and do the same. SO...on our low key Super Bowl night we are having vegan nachos!! My favorite!!
Vegan Nachos:
Use as much as you want of the following....
Black and Yellow Organic Corn Chips
Organic black beans cooked with low sodium taco seasoning
Spinach
Vegan cheese (I like Diaya)
Artichoke hearts
Organic tomatoes
Mushrooms
Avacado
Layer and bake for about 30 min at 350 degrees! ENJOY!!!

Awesome Arm Circuit!
ALL with 3lb weights :)
30 lateral raises (15 on each leg working on balance and lifting of pelvic floor)
30 front raises (15 on each leg working on balance and lifting of pelvic floor)
30 overhead presses
30 tricep kickbacks
30 bicep curls (15 on each leg working on balance and lifting of pelvic floor)
30 reverse flys
20 incline pushups (elbows out, push into hands at top of pushup, use couch or counter for incline)
Toning and increasing your arm strength will help with your daily activities, prevent shoulder injuries, master your yoga poses, and also make you look awesome in a strapless dress!!!
